    Gray Whale Paddle (a.k.a. GWP ) prides itself on the accuracy and turn around time of our products. All sales are final and no refunds are accepted/ honored.  That being said, please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
    However,  we do accept exchanges.  Requests will only be honored if inquired upon within 14 days of the order’s ship date.  All items must be in the original packaging, free of defects and in “as-new” condition with both packing slip and printed receipts.  After the 14-day period no exchanges are available.

    All domestic/international orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. Please indicate on your invoice what desired model/size, etc.  you are requesting for exchange.

This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that GWP shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, GWP shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
